Rajendra Chitodkar

Being the driving force of the company and have been taken Balaji Group to next level from the past two decades. Being the founder of Balaji group which works on simple fundamentals: Customer Satisfaction, and Product Quality. These are the two fundamentals which have been the foundation to this organization and also making each project unique and successful.

Rajendra Chitodkar is an active member of society and believing in giving back, he has been on the BOD of various Trusts & Charities and an active member of industry forums such as MBVA and CREDAI. This vast experience has been uplifting this organization to greater heights and superior construction quality.

Nitin Chitodkar

Being the executive director and leading multiple departments such as Legal, Finance, Sales and Administration. Nitin Chitodkar has been one of the most important personal for this organization and has been using his experience of two decades to develop the highest quality of construction and shortening the delivery time for the customers.
His focus on quality, innovation and perfection has led this company to grow in leaps and bounds over the years. He believes the organization can only grow if the clients are happy and satisfied. He has been the front foot in the CRM department and has maintained the integrity of this organization by achieving success in these fields of business.

Anuj Chitodkar

Building up on the existing strengths as well as infusing a new thought within the company. He is a second generation entrepreneur working as the director in Balaji Group since 2020. He holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Cardiff University and Graduate degree in Construction Management from National Institute of Construction Management.

He is leading the company into new era contributing to better systems, quality process while maintaining the quality of the product which Balaji Group has been known for the past two decades. He is keen on expanding to new unexplored territories in the field of real estate and others.

Akash Chitodkar

He’s the director at Balaji Group since 2023, inheriting a family legacy as a second-generation entrepreneur. His expertise stems from a Civil Engineering degree earned at the University at Buffalo, complemented by a year’s experience as an assistant project engineer in Philadelphia. Now, he’s dedicated to driving the company’s expansion in India.

His leadership is steering the company towards a new phase, refining systems and maintaining the exceptional product quality Balaji Group is known for. His sights are set on exploring untapped markets, especially in real estate and other promising sectors
